The final field application shall consider project/client requirements, projectile assessment, PTW, JHA, SIMOPS assessment and approval by the Responsible Supervisor or other competent person.

Hydrostatic calculation is retained as a legacy Lloyd’s Register 96-02 / T-0240 based verification aid. It shall not replace engineering review. Trapped air, end-cap/blind failure, line-of-fire, hose whip, supports, anchors, SIMOPS and public interface must be assessed separately.
